Haverkamp Farm Management is a family-owned, Iowa-based farmland acquisition and management company. It is part of the Haverkamp Group, founded by Brent Haverkamp, an Ames resident, real estate investor, and entrepreneur.

We are passionate about investing in and properly stewarding farmland in Iowa and surrounding states. Our goal is to partner with local farmers to properly cultivate and operate the land in a way that is maximally beneficial for all involved --- the operators who partner with us and the land itself.

To achieve this, Haverkamp Farms pays competitive prices for land at auctions. We believe that we can elevate a farm to its full potential through land improvements and proper management practices. We also have a custom buying program for our sellers to give our tenants and operators the first right of offer if we list a farm for sale.
